One of the more unusual Crinum's, Ellen Bosanquet has upto 8-12 lovely dark pink flowers on stout stems 3 foot tall. Easy to grow, but prefer a sunny well drained position. They are also ideal to grow in containers as they can then be left undisturbed for many years. Plant bulbs with the top just showing and of course in a large enough pot to allow good root growth. Have a go as you will really enjoy the showy flowers, we plant them in contaners and leave from year to year, protecting over winter from severe frosts.
Tip; Work well in containers
