A native of South Africa Sandersonia aurantiaca is very attractive and the flowers are a pendulous orange lantern like shape. They are best started off indoors and grown in containers in soil that is a standard potting compost but with added sand/grit for good drainage. Durng the summer months sandersonia can be taken outside but will not over winter outside.
