This new variety has either plain or mottled leaves with greenish flowers. It is a sessile trillium, the flowers sit directly on top of the leaves. Trilliums are ideal plants for shady places, especially amongst deciduous trees. They like cool moist growing conditions, with good drainage and plenty of leaf mould. They will grow well in a peat bed. Once planted they are best unleft undisturbed and they will gradually build up into large clumps.
